Our Glyn Outreach service in Hampshire supports young adults, adults and elderly individuals with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities, severe learning disabilities, mental health needs, restricted mobility, sight impairment, hearing impairments and epilepsy. Support is provided throughout the Hampshire area, in the person’s family home, own home and in the community. People are supported to live as independently as possible, and can choose the level of support they require from 1 to 24 hours a day.
Achieve together has its own highly experienced Clinical and Quality Support Team who provide a comprehensive range of award winning e-learning, coaching and face to face training for all staff. These teams consist of specialist trainers including qualified Learning Disability Nurses, Psychologists, Healthcare Facilitators and face to face training for all staff. These teams consist of specialist trainers in a range of areas including autism spectrum conditions, behaviours that may challenge, mental health, first aid and epilepsy.
