What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Girling Street is a large, spacious home with five bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. There are plenty of spaces to socialise, including a kitchen, dining room, lounge and patio area leading onto a well-kept garden.
The ideal location in the heart of town means that local shops, restaurants and train stations very close nearby.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

Lifestyle
At Girling Street, people are supported to take part in a range of activities that can help boost social and independence skills. People have enjoyed taking part in swimming, horse riding, dance classes, drama classes, trampolining, art classes and regular cinema trips.
Some visit the Courtyard Café day centre and Sudbury Hub day centre, which provide further community activities and classes.
People are supported in gaining confidence and greater independence through learning new skills. One person we support proudly now prepares her own sandwiches and makes cakes for friends.
