More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this home
Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
The Domiciliary Care Agency South West provides specialist care and support for adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities and associated health-related conditions to live a full and active life in their own homes in and around Plymouth, Torbay, and Devon.
We have a range of services that support people with person-centred support plans. We believe it is important that every person owns and is involved in developing their care and support plan and that these will be tailored to each person to ensure inclusion and understanding. We aim to focus on positive outcomes, and all plans are made to ensure that the focus is on the person, their goals, wishes, dreams and aspirations.

Lifestyle
We work in partnership with people supported and those significant in their lives and others to provide care and support that enables and promotes opportunity, choice, and inclusion, setting goals and supporting people to achieve their ambitions and live their lives as independently as possible.
Each team within our local homes works hard to ensure they are seeking out activities that are tailored towards people’s hopes and aspirations taking into consideration of their preferences and abilities. Team members encourage and support people to become independent through obtaining work experience, education and/or paid work.
