About this service

Domiciliary Care Agency Kent and Sussex support adults aged 18-40 with a variety of requirements such as autism spectrum conditions, mental health needs, moderate to severe learning difficulties and behaviours that may challenge within their own homes, shared accommodation and individual premises so they can live as independently as possible.

Each individual is assigned a key worker, whom they become very familiar with. Families are also encouraged to play a key roll in the support provided to the degree the individual wishes them to be.

We are able to offer direct support accessing independent accommodation by supporting individuals to:

  • Source appropriate accommodation
  • Maximising benefits to secure accommodation
  • Liaise with registered social/private landlords
  • Complete tenancy sign up
