Two Wells is a residential home situated in Cranborne, Dorset, dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, behaviours that may challenge, autism spectrum conditions and epilepsy.
People receive 24-hour support in a safe environment from a team that promotes decision-making and choice through a person-centred approach, which is individualised and dependent on the specific needs and communication requirements of each person.
At Two Wells, the team provide support that responds to the changing needs of each person, as well as enabling people to maintain stability in their life. The team are outcome-focused and supports people to achieve their goals by listening and responding to what people say is important to them.
The support team are experienced in working with adults who have complex needs and high levels of vulnerability, supporting and enabling them to become more independent in their everyday life and promoting them to make decisions about their life.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place to call home
This detached home is situated in the beautiful village of Cranborne in Dorset. It provides easy access to community facilities. Transport is provided for people as it is quite a rural location.
The home is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has communal space, including a kitchen, utility room, dining room, lounge and conservatory, plus a single toilet. It also has one ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite. On the first floor, there are four further bedrooms and another bathroom.
Outside is a small front garden and a good-sized rear garden with a lawn, flowers and shrubs, making it an ideal space for socialising and relaxing.

People living here are supported to take part in a range of social and leisure activities and also enjoy going to the local day centres.
People supported here have gained employment locally, have been supported to go on holiday and take part in local drama performances, which have proved very enjoyable for everyone.
