Welcoming Katie Sheldon as Senior Commercial Director 

Katie brings with her over a decade of experience in transforming businesses across the health and social care sector. Having progressed from frontline healthcare into senior leadership, Katie brings a well-rounded perspective that connects strategic ambition with the realities of operational delivery.  

Katie’s experience includes transforming commercial functions, embedding high-performance cultures, and redesigning referral and conversion pathways to improve pace and outcomes.  

At Achieve together, Katie will build upon existing functions, to foster collaborative, high-performing teams and create commercially focused cultures aligned to quality and outcomes for the people supported by the organisation. 

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking with her dog Rosie, keeping active, playing padel, and taking on new DIY projects. 

Katie looks forward to meeting team members across the organisation, building strong relationships, and working together to support the shared purpose of delivering outstanding specialist support and long-term growth.
