Tania is a dedicated social care professional with over 24+ years of experience across operational and leadership roles, including Support Worker, Practice Lead, Manager, Regional Manager, PBS Trainer, Nominated Individual, Operations Director, and for the past 5 years as Head of Quality at Achieve together.

I am passionate about improving people’s lives and strengthening the quality, governance and culture within our services. I take pride in supporting and working alongside our teams to deliver high quality person centred care that empowers the people we support to achieve positive outcomes and lead safe, happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.

Continuous improvement is part of the philosophy within the Quality team and we have an analytical approach to ensuring that governance systems, processes, and practices are robust, person centred and effective. My leadership style is open, and integrity and clear communication are very important to me. I am passionate about helping individuals and teams to grow, learn, and achieve excellence, with a genuine commitment to helping our people feel valued, empowered and supported to reach their full potential.

I believe in asking questions, learning from mistakes, and embedding lessons learned to cultivate a positive culture of curiosity, accountability, and continual improvement.

Outside of work, I live by the motto “work hard, play hard.” I love travelling and taking regular breaks with friends and family to recharge, gain perspective and return energised for new challenges.
