A huge well done to Joanne Russell, Senior Support Worker from Oakwell who is our September Employee of the Month. Joanne received a staggering twelve nominations from different colleagues which is a tremendous result, not to mention the highest ever!

Joanne was selected for the dedication she has shown to people she supports and the team. She has been described as an inspiration and someone who works tirelessly for others. She has unending patience and is clearly very loved by all those that know and work with her.

During a very difficult and highly emotive situation recently Joanne kept calm, remained professional and subsequently helped the team despite how she was personally feeling.  Her team has conveyed how much they appreciate her support and have the utmost respect for her.

Jo, thank you for all you do, you are an absolute credit to Achieve together and we, your team, and those you support are very grateful. I’m sure you’ll join us in saying congratulations to our very well deserved winner this month.
