Sam Collier

Having developed my career supporting children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs in the social care sector for well over 20 years I consider it to be a key part of my core identity.

Achieve together is a great fit for me. Our commitment to co-production is something I value immensely, I like to share ideas and thoughts with people, and enjoy working up solutions with likeminded people, collectively and collaboratively.

I’m naturally optimistic and like being around people who are enthusiastic and inspiring. I am extremely proud of our many teams and services across the country who provide outstanding support for people, their commitment, professionalism, and passion are an inspiration. No two days are ever the same in my role, which is great! I enjoy every challenge; it motivates me and means I strive to do my very best for everyone at Achieve together, and of course there’s nothing better than celebrating the goals and achievements of those we support and team members.

People’s health and wellbeing is a big focus here at Achieve together, and spending time with my family and going fishing are essential to my personal wellbeing. I’d encourage everyone to take good care of themselves, as well as others.
