The power of partnerships to drive real change

Campaign 4 Change is involved with many external partners and organisations

Campaign 4 Change works with a wide range of external partners – helping shape projects, influence policy and raise awareness of the issues that matter.

Here are just a few examples of their impact: Representing voices on national platforms

Mary Woodall, Unity Co-chair, co-chaired the Learning Disability England (LDE) annual conference and contributed to the My Vote My Voice campaign– championing accessible voting and representation. Mary is also part of Learning Disability England Representative Body and APPG (All Party Parliamentary Group) on Adult Social Care. Sharing lived experience through roundtable discussions

In collaboration with the Challenging Behaviour Foundation, Campaign 4 Change created a roundtable video sharing personal stories about living in hospital versus the community – and how to deliver better support. It was presented at the Challenging Behaviour Foundation’s National Strategy Group.

Future plans from Campaign 4 Change

Campaign 4 Change is always looking ahead – creating resources, training and campaigns that support inclusion, safety and self-advocacy. Here’s what’s coming next:

New training and consultancy package

In late 2024, Campaign 4 Change piloted Easy Read training with 64 Million Artists to support accessible document creation.

Based on this success, they’re developing a full training and consultancy package that organisations can subscribe to – with tailored guidance from Campaign 4 Change members. Register your interest for this package

Online wellbeing and anti-radicalisation resources

Following unrest in the UK in late 2024, Campaign 4 Change began creating Easy Read resources explaining social media algorithms, misinformation and online safety.

With a recognised gap in safeguarding resources around radicalisation risks for autistic people and people with learning disabilities, the group is now planning a full resource pack and awareness campaign. Register your interest for this resource pack
