Victoria Attenborough 

After University, I wanted to gain experience working with people with complex support needs so took a role at Winchester House, and immediately fell in love with job, and a career in which I’ve never looked back.

Initially, I would never have seen myself in a leadership role but with great support & training my skills and confidence have grown and grown. I love working for Achieve together & strongly believe in their values. I am passionate in supporting my team to practice these in everything we do.

Perhaps because of the way my career progressed, and the support people showed me, I am passionate about leading people & helping them to develop in their roles. All of my team have progressed in their careers with Achieve together and I am proud to see them move on and grow as leaders.

The people that we support will always be at the centre of why I do what I do, and they inspire me every day to make a difference. I love seeing the wonderful lives, and outcomes across all of our people, and no two days are ever the same.
