In its April–May 2025 assessment, CQC inspectors praised the team at Northfield House for their person-led, inclusive and consistent approach. People supported shared how much they enjoy living at the home, taking part in activities, and making everyday choices.
One person said:
“I feel safe. The team take me to the seaside, to the pub, and I can choose what I want to eat.”
Relatives also commented positively on the team’s warmth and responsiveness:
“The whole team are a wonderful bunch of people. My relative is having a far better life there than I could ever provide.”
