Specialist support organisation moves into new Leatherhead headquarters
Surrey, Thursday 23rd July 2026
Leading specialist support provider Achieve together has relocated its registered office and Community Hub team to a newly refurbished office in the heart of Leatherhead in Surrey.
The organisation supports more than 2,300 autistic people, people with learning disabilities and those with complex needs in over 400 homes and services across England and Wales.
Achieve together has signed a 10-year lease at Fairmount House, Leatherhead, establishing a permanent base for more than 200 Community Hub team members.
The Community Hub brings together central support functions including HR & People, Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT & Systems, Marketing & Communications, and Care & Quality, enabling teams to work collaboratively to provide operational and specialist support to homes and services across the organisation and help deliver high-quality care and support for the people Achieve together supports across the country.
Fairmount House is a 30,000 sq.ft. flexible workspace in the heart of Leatherhead, designed for start-ups, freelancers, and growing businesses. Achieve together has signed a lease for rental of a newly designed office on the ground floor.
The move follows a period in temporary office accommodation in Leatherhead.
The new Fairmount House town centre location offers improved facilities, greater opportunities for collaboration and cross-functional working, and convenient access to local amenities and transport links.
The new office also features a large dedicated training room, providing enhanced opportunities for Achieve together’s Learning & Development team to deliver high-quality training programmes for team members from across the organisation. Designed to support both in-person learning and collaboration, the space will play an important role in helping team members build their skills, knowledge and expertise to continue delivering outstanding support to the people Achieve together supports.
Zak Houlahan, CEO, Achieve together, said:
“The opening of our new office at Fairmount House is an exciting milestone for Achieve together. Having a permanent home in the centre of Leatherhead provides our teams with a modern, collaborative workspace designed to bring people together and support the important work they do every day.
“Our Community Hub team members play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional care and support across our services. This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to growth, our people, and ensuring we continue to provide the expert support that enables the people we support to live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.”
Lisa Cole, Chief People Officer, Achieve together, added:
“At Achieve together, people are at the heart of everything we do, so creating a workspace where team members can connect, collaborate and thrive has been an important investment for us. Fairmount House provides a modern, flexible environment that supports wellbeing, innovation and cross-functional working, whilst fostering a strong sense of belonging and community.
“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary and continue to grow, this new home reflects our commitment to attracting, developing and retaining talented people who are passionate about making a difference. We’re excited to welcome both existing and future team members to a workplace that supports them to do their best work in helping deliver outstanding outcomes for people we support.”
Team members and people supported by Achieve together have also helped put their own stamp on the new workspace through a naming competition, with the final selections chosen by Unity, Achieve together’s quality and engagement co-production group.
The four meeting rooms in the new office have been named
Belong, Grow, Inspire and Discover, reflecting the organisation’s values, culture and commitment to creating opportunities for everyone to thrive.
To mark the occasion, Achieve together hosted an official opening event today, Thursday 23rd July, featuring catering from local suppliers and welcoming team members and guests to the new workspace.
Achieve together is proud to have worked with a number of local businesses on the creation and launch of this new headquarters. Catering for the opening event was provided by fellow Fairmount House tenant Lavender Catering, while Surrey-based graphic design agency Gidden Place created the office branding, signage and wall vinyls that bring the workspace to life.
Kall Kwik Leatherhead produced bespoke artwork featuring Achieve together team members and people supported by the organisation, helping to create a vibrant and inclusive environment that reflects the culture and values of Achieve together.
These collaborations demonstrate the organisation’s commitment to supporting local businesses and building strong connections within the Leatherhead community.
The move comes during a landmark year for Achieve together as it celebrates its 30th anniversary while continuing to expand its specialist support services across England and Wales.
The organisation is also recruiting across its Community Hub, with current vacancies including:

Achieve together’s evolution stemmed from a shift in the provision of Adult Social Care in the UK, as long-stay hospitals were closed in favour of supported settings and legislation, notably the Community Care Act 1993 and the Care Act 2014, enabling people with disabilities greater choice, independence and control over their lives.
Today, Achieve together continues to grow, providing sector-leading specialist support to people with learning disabilities, autistic people, people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), mental health needs, and those who are D/deaf or have hearing loss.
Over the past year, Achieve together has celebrated:
- Co-Chairs of Unity, Mary and Simon, cut the ribbon
- The elimination all ‘Inadequate’ homes and reduced ‘Requires Improvement’ ratings from 48 homes to 33 homes.
- In Wales, 92% of homes assessed received compliant ratings, contributing to a 95% compliance rate across all homes.
- Making a £1m investment into increasing pay for Home Managers.
- The introduction of a minimum hourly rate of £12.80 for Support Workers – a figure above the National Living Wage.
- Being named as one of the UK’s top 500 employers by the Financial Times in honour of and inclusive and empowering workplace culture.
- Embedding Safety First as a golden thread across Achieve together, contributing to a 25% reduction in RIDDOR incidents and more than a 100% increase in near-miss reporting, making people measurably safer.
