More triple Excellent success in Wales
We’re delighted to share that our West Glamorgan Domiciliary Support Service, supporting people in our supported living homes in Swansea and Pontardawe, has been awarded Excellent ratings across all three inspection areas by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
The inspection recognised the excellent outcomes experienced by people we support and praised the team’s commitment to promoting choice, independence and wellbeing. Inspectors highlighted how people are helped to make decisions about their lives and receive personalised support tailored to their individual needs and goals.
CIW also commended the service’s strong leadership, governance and quality assurance arrangements, alongside the dedication and professionalism of team members who consistently deliver high-quality support. The report recognised well-trained teams, effective safeguarding practices and person-centred plans that help people achieve what matters most to them.
This fantastic achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of every team member across our supported living homes in Swansea and Pontardawe, as well as people we support and their families who continue to be at the heart of everything we do.
