Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Ty Gwyndy is a spacious, detached residential home located in the picturesque coastal town of Amlwch, North Anglesey, designed to provide tailored support for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and additional complex needs.
The main house will feature four bedrooms, one of which come with en-suite facilities, including one fully accessible ground-floor room, complemented by expansive communal kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The newly built annexe will offer two additional en-suite bedrooms and further shared areas, ensuring both privacy and a sense of community.
Outdoor amenities include ample parking at the front and a large, peaceful communal garden at the rear, ideal for relaxation and social activities. Situated in the heart of Amlwch, Ty Gwyndy offers convenient access to local shops, services, and the scenic landscapes that make this coastal town special, providing a well-rounded, fulfilling lifestyle for people we support.

What we offer

Ty Gwyndy is a well-appointed residential home designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and complex needs. The home features a spacious kitchen/dining area, a separate utility room, three reception rooms, a conservatory, and four bedrooms, one of which come with en-suite facilities. The current kitchen, dining, and living areas will be maintained as communal spaces, with additional team member areas established on both floors for team member support.
The property is surrounded by generous garden spaces, ideal for leisure activities, and features a substantial driveway with off-road parking for multiple vehicles.
Ty Gwyndy’s phased development ensures that people supported can enjoy a spacious, well-equipped home while benefiting from a welcoming community and easy access to the natural beauty and amenities of Amlwch.

For those seeking more extensive shopping options, the larger town of Llangefni, with supermarkets and larger stores, is only a 20-minute drive south.
People supported can enjoy a range of leisure activities nearby. The Amlwch Leisure Centre, currently undergoing a major upgrade, features a gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and more. For sports enthusiasts, there’s also a local football club and a golf course within close reach. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Anglesey Coastal Path, just a 10-minute walk from Ty Gwyndy, offering scenic coastal walks and stunning views.
