Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Two Wells is a residential home in Cranborne, Dorset, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy.
People receive 24-hour support from a dedicated team that promotes decision-making, choice and independence through a person-centred approach. Support is individualised and tailored to each person’s needs, preferences, communication requirements and aspirations.
At Two Wells, the team provides support that responds to the changing needs of each person while enabling people to maintain stability in their lives. The support team are outcome-focused and work closely with people to achieve their goals by listening and responding to what is important to them.
The team have extensive experience supporting adults with complex needs and high levels of vulnerability. Through compassionate and personalised support, people are encouraged to build confidence, develop new skills, make decisions about their lives and become more independent. Working closely with families, advocates and healthcare professionals, the team empowers people to make their own choices, have maximum control over their lives and achieve outcomes that are meaningful to them.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
The home is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a welcoming local community. While offering a peaceful place to live, the home also provides easy access to local shops, cafés and nearby attractions.
The home is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has communal living spaces including a kitchen, utility room, dining room, lounge and conservatory, as well as a ground-floor bedroom with an en-suite. The first floor has four additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Outside, there is a small front garden and a large rear garden, providing an ideal space for relaxing, socialising, gardening and enjoying the outdoors during the warmer months.
At Two Wells, creating a warm, friendly and homely environment is a priority. The team works hard to ensure everyone feels safe, valued, respected and supported to live the life they choose.

People living at Two Wells are supported to enjoy a wide range of social and leisure activities that reflect their interests, preferences and goals.
There is always something happening around the home, including arts and crafts, baking sessions, games and quizzes, film afternoons, pamper sessions and themed celebrations throughout the year. We encourage people to be involved in activities that bring them happiness.
People are supported to visit local shops and cafés, explore Cranborne Manor Gardens and Moors Valley Country Park, enjoy the New Forest and take trips to the Dorset coast.
Every achievement is celebrated, no matter how big or small, helping people to build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences.
People supported at Two Wells have also been encouraged to take part in local activities, gain employment opportunities, enjoy holidays and participate in events, helping them build friendships, stay connected and live happy, healthy, meaningful lives.
