Thoughtfully designed for independent living
This modern supported living home in Birkenhead supports adults with mental health needs, learning difficulties and/or autism spectrum conditions who would benefit from living in their own space with a bespoke care package to suit their needs, plus background support for more independent individuals in the shared part of the property.
The support team support individuals to develop person-centred planning that is tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. People are supported to take part in a wide range of activities that enrich their lives and build on various new and existing skills. The support team are available 24 hours a day, including a waking night team when required.

A safe and supportive place
A newly developed property with six self-contained flats with bathrooms, plus additional communal areas, including a lounge and kitchen, is a home where people can develop and grow their independence.
Birkenhead is a town within the Wirral in Merseyside, England, which features local amenities such as shops and restaurants. There are great public transport connections in the area, including trams, buses and trains.

The highly experienced team supports people to participate in activities that increase their independence and build on social skills. These activities include budget planning and finances, meal planning, shopping and household tasks, establishing community links, promoting self-advocacy and support in accessing health services.
People are also supported to take part in a wide range of leisure activities such as cinema trips, bowling, swimming, day centre activities, arts and crafts and any other activities people want to participate in. The team encourage and supports frequent day trips to surrounding areas and with holidays further afield.
