About this home

Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living

This supported living home in Tottenham provides support for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions and behaviours that may challenge.

This home would be suitable for anyone moving from residential care or their family home who needs a transition before moving on to more independent living environments. We are proud of people who have achieved this goal and have numerous success stories.

Our teams support people to live a full and active life, to achieve greater independence and ideally supporting individuals to move to their own accommodation with outreach support. To provide continuity of support, we are able to offer this from the same support team.

This home’s profile number is 777.

What we offer

A safe and supportive place to call home

The home has nine en-suite bedrooms arranged over two floors so people can have their own space. The property has a fenced private garden, a shared kitchen and a lounge for socialising. A great many social activities take place in the garden. People will hold their own tenancy with the Landlord.

The kitchen is newly refurbished in this home. People living here are encouraged and supported to decorate their own rooms.

The location of the home means that people can easily access local community amenities, with multiple shops, restaurants, parks, and pubs nearby. Additionally, there are great transport links into surrounding areas, which are perfect for trips out.

Lifestyle

People here are supported to participate in activities in their community, such as exercise/dance classes, going to local restaurants and cafes and looking for voluntary work.

This home is sociable, and the majority of time is spent in the communal areas with each other. People living here have developed lifelong friendships with each other and enjoy a weekly trip together to the local pub for a mid-week roast dinner.

The home has a calm and positive environment that can get noisier and busier at times.

The team takes real care in finding activities that people are interested in. There is a real focus on supporting people to explore their passions and hobbies.
