Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
Our specialist-supported living home in Sunderland supports people to find and rent their own home, as well as day-to-day support to live independently in it, if that’s what a person needs. Once we’ve helped a person to find a place to live, we work with them and their support network to create a package of support that provides the support they need, how and when they want it.

We never see being deaf as a barrier to living a full and enriching life. Whatever level of support a person needs, we can provide it. That may mean we simply step in every now and again to help a person maintain their tenancy or manage their finances.
However, we can also be there 24 hours a day supporting with all aspects of day-to-day life – from getting up and dressed, to managing medicines, making healthy lifestyle choices, learning new skills, getting out and about and making friends.
