Modern and welcoming this is a supported living home for adults with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities and severe learning disabilities in Shrewsbury.
The support team provide people with appropriate support, using person-centred action plans tailored towards their individual needs. Support is focused on positive outcomes and encourages the development of life skills, supporting people to be as independent as possible. The team work with each person to encourage positive interactions and involvement in the wider community and liaises with family members regarding ongoing care and activities.
The support team are available 24 hours a day, including waking nights, and they work closely with each person, health care professionals and families in order to provide the best support.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
This home is comprised of spacious, self-contained flats which allow for independent living with support from team members. Each flat has an en-suite, and the home also has a large, spacious garden where social events and activities take place.
Located in Shrewsbury, there are an array of amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, a cinema, shopping centres and museums, within easy reach, with a railway station nearby, which provides great links to the surrounding areas.

People are supported to access the local community and take part in a range of activities such as bowling, cinema visits, swimming, and eating out, in addition to a host of other activities.
The support team regularly organise coach trips to market towns, the seaside and other places of interest and support people to have holidays in places of their choice and family visits across the country. They also offer courses on cooking and budgeting, as well as day trips to castles and laser quest.
