Achieve together is proud to introduce a brand-new supported living home in Wales, offering modern, high-specification accommodation for six adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs.

This spacious, three-storey detached property is designed to meet a wide range of support needs while promoting independence and quality of life. Each person has their own private bedroom, with bathrooms located on every floor for accessibility.

The home includes large communal spaces – a bright, open-plan lounge, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen – encouraging social interaction and community living.

Our supported living approach empowers people supported to live as independently as possible, with personalised support tailored to each person’s goals and preferences. This new development offers a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where adults with learning disabilities and complex needs can thrive.

This high-quality supported living property in Wales is a spacious, detached home designed to offer comfort, accessibility, and independence for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The property features five generously sized double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom and private dressing area. A ground-floor room is also available and can be adapted into an additional bedroom if required. Shared bathrooms are conveniently located on each floor, supporting ease of access and personal care routines.

In addition to our neighboring home, Ty Cudd, there are several other Achieve together residences in the area, including in Newport and Cardiff.

The property benefits from excellent transport links, with several bus stops located within 200 meters, offering convenient connections to surrounding villages. Nearby train stations in Hengoed and Pengam provide direct access to Cardiff and other regional attractions.
