Thoughtfully designed for independent living
A supported living home for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions and individuals with ADD and/or ADHD, this home specialises in supporting people who have previously lived in a residential setting and require support to make choices and decisions in their lives.
The team work with each person to enable them to make sure that the decisions they make are self-determining and evidence a smooth transition from residential to supported living, positively enabling and encouraging them to have confidence in making choices and furthering their daily living skills.
The home centres on individual needs and focuses on developing independence, person-centred life skills, communication, social skills and individual choice.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place

As well as seven bedrooms, there are three bathrooms, including a wet room, a lounge, an additional quiet room, a dining room, a separate kitchen, and a separate laundry room.
Situated on the outskirts of the town there is easy access to local community facilities including shops, restaurants, pubs and parks via public transport.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

Lifestyle
The home is located in a small town with a real community feel. People often go to the cinema to catch the newest releases and go to the local pub to unwind and socialise.
People at the home love to be pampered, whether they are at home getting their nails done or going to the local hair salon to get the latest style.
Locally available is ‘Golden Memories’, which is a group for people with dementia; it’s a great way for people to meet each other and participate in the many activities they offer there, such as music and craft sessions.
The people living here like to be out and about in their community, enjoying days at the seaside, zoo and the theatre.
