This transitional supported living home in Epsom is designed for young adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and emotional needs. Our experienced team focuses on fostering resilience and confidence through positive risk-taking and skill-building.

We aim to reduce dependency on our support team by equipping people supported with practical, transferable skills for independent living. This prepares them for future transitions to greater independence both within the home and in the wider community.

This home features nine bedrooms, each with an en-suite wet room, including two on the ground-floor and a self-contained annexe in the rear garden. Communal areas include a spacious lounge and kitchen, providing ample space for socializing.

Conveniently located just a short walk from Epsom Town Centre and Rail Station, the home benefits from excellent access to local amenities such as shops, a cinema, a college, and a leisure center.

Lifestyle

The support team focuses on enhancing each person’s independence through comprehensive skills development. This includes building on existing abilities and fostering new ones, such as cooking and meal preparation, to promote greater self-sufficiency.

People supported are encouraged to engage in various leisure activities to improve social and communication skills. This includes in-home activities like music sessions, arts and crafts, and social events such as picnics and barbecues.

Additionally, people are supported to participate in community activities outside the home, including bowling, cinema trips, shopping, dining out, and attending the local day centre.
