About this support setting

Thoughtfully designed for independent living

At our supported living home in Enfield, we support people to live life in the way they choose. We support up to four adults diagnosed with autism, moderate to severe learning disabilities and those who present with behaviours that challenge. We can also support people with acquired brain injury. Our skilled team can support people who communicate verbally or non-verbally.

The support provided is all about enabling people to live independently. Each person has their own tenancy agreement, and each person receives entirely person-centred support, which is matched to their unique needs, preferences and goals. People we support like to be around others, and they enjoy different activities as well as developing their daily living skills.

This home’s profile number is 380.

What we offer

A safe and supportive place

This home is a semi-detached boutique-style home on a quiet residential street close to the centre of Enfield. It’s a bright and homely place where each person we support has a voice in how the home is run.

Each person is welcome to put their stamp on the home – they have their own bedroom and en-suite shower room, and they’re welcome to personalise their room to suit their needs and personality. There’s also a big kitchen that everyone shares, and where we eat, plus a relaxing lounge with TV and a small, low-maintenance garden with seating.

There’s plenty to keep you busy, too. We’re close to the Enfield Retail Park, a big Cineworld complex, plus gyms, swimming pools and parks. The Overground station is an easy walk away, and from there, you can get into Liverpool Street Station and central London.

We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

Lifestyle

Our home is quiet and calm, and people we support all get on well and enjoy each other’s company. You’ll generally find them in the communal areas together, eating in the garden, or watching TV or a film together.

As everyone at the home gets along so well, shared activities are popular. These range from cooking and baking to gardening, going for walks and doing puzzles and games together. We also go out on regular day trips. There are also lots of opportunities to do your own thing, whether it’s developing daily living skills or keeping in touch with family and friends.
