This welcoming, supported living home in Croydon supports adults with learning disabilities, communication needs, and autism spectrum conditions. This home is ideal for anyone transitioning from college, residential services or from home for the first time.

A person-centred approach is employed, supporting people to become more independent and to identify and maintain employment placements and/or education. Support is tailored towards individual needs, and the support team has received special training from the clinical team in order to support particular needs.

This homely property has six large bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, so people have their own space.

Communal areas include a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All areas are fully adapted in order to meet any specific sensory requirements. People also enjoy the large communal garden.

Situated in the multi-cultural and vibrant area of Croydon, people will easily be able to access the mainline station and bus services. There are plenty local shops and community facilities close by to visit.

People are supported in taking part in independence-increasing activities such as personal care, cooking, shopping and domestic tasks.

As well as developing independent skills, people also take part in a range of leisure activities such as Zumba classes, swimming, going to the local pub, trips to day centres, and day trips to London museums.
