Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living

This supported living home in Bromley supports six adults in studio flats who have learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and/or epilepsy.

The team support people through the development of person-centred plans tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. People are supported to make individualised choices in all aspects of day-to-day life through support that promotes choice and sets goals.

People are actively supported to take part in a wide range of activities that enrich their lives and build on skills. Team members are available 24 hours a day, also providing waking night support when required.

What we offer

A safe and supportive place to call home

This home comprises of six individually accessed en-suite studio flats with their own facilities, which are designed to help people increase their independence.

The home has a very friendly environment and is situated within a 10-minute walk from Bromley South train station and Bromley High Street with its large shopping complex and range of community facilities. There are a wide range of bus links too.

Lifestyle

People are supported to take part in a variety of activities that increase social, communication and independence skills. This includes activities within the home such as arts and crafts, music sessions and social events, as well as events in the community such as swimming, bowling, visits to the cinema, walks, meals out at restaurants and many more.

People enjoy frequent trips to day centres and into London and are also encouraged to seek voluntary and or paid employment opportunities.
