More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this home
Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living
This is a supported living home for adults with autism spectrum conditions and/or learning disabilities. The experienced support team implement a person-centred planning approach tailored towards the needs of each person and focus on outcomes. People are encouraged to be as independent as possible and will be supported to explore a wide range of opportunities that may enrich their lives.
Each person we support is assigned a key worker whom they become very familiar with. In addition, we encourage families to play a key role in the support we provide and ensure that they are involved to the degree each person wishes them to be. The support team are available 24 hours a day when required.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place to call home
This home has individual bedrooms as well as an additional bedroom for a team member to provide wake-night support. There are shared communal facilities, including a lounge, dining area, kitchen and garden, which are great spaces for social activities and events.
The home is situated in a leafy rural area; however, it is still close to the nearby towns. People can easily access local community facilities such as shops, restaurants, pubs, parks and transport links.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

Lifestyle
People are supported to lead active lives and take part in a range of leisure activities to increase social and communication skills. These can include activities such as swimming, gardening, cinema trips, day trips, shopping, meals out, day centre activities and arts and crafts.
People are also supported in developing independence skills in order to be self-sufficient, such as meal preparation, cooking and domestic tasks around the house. Additionally, people are supported to explore educational, voluntary and or paid work placements, enabling greater engagement with their community and developing friendships and skills outside of the home environment.
