About this home
Holland Road is a residential home in Essex for adults with mental health needs, complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge and learning disabilities. The home uses a person-centred planning approach tailored towards individual needs and focusing on outcomes. People are supported to be as independent as possible and to be active contributing members of the community.
People are encouraged to take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives, and the team support people in identifying and maintaining any leisure activities as well as educational and/or college placements. The support team are available 24 hours a day, including night support when required.
