About this home

Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living

Everyone deserves a break – including those who provide support and those who receive it. Our respite support offers short-term stays for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and complex needs in a warm, safe, and homely environment. Whether it’s a planned stay, an emergency placement, or just time out to recharge, our respite service provides high-quality support tailored to each person’s needs.

We understand that staying somewhere new can feel like a big step. That’s why our team is here to help people settle in quickly, feel safe and supported, and continue living life to the full during their stay.

Lifestyle

We believe everyone should be able to continue doing what they love, even when away from home. During their stay, guests can enjoy:

  • Hobbies and interests, like arts and crafts, gardening, and small creative projects

  • Community access, with great transport links and proximity to shops, parks, and attractions like Birmingham City Centre and Star City

  • Support for faith and culture, helping people practice their religion or personal routines as they would at home

  • Choice and independence, with team members encouraging guests to make their own decisions and maintain as much independence as possible

People supported are free to take part in group activities or enjoy some quiet time – it’s all about what works for them.

Whether someone is staying with us for the first time or returning for another break, we aim to make each visit positive, comfortable, and enjoyable.
