Facilities

What we offer

A safe and supportive place to call home

The refurbished buildings, formerly a public house, now feature six single-occupancy flats and bungalows set within a large communal garden. Each living space is individually tailored to meet the unique needs of people supported, with specific facilities such as a sensory room in place of a kitchen for one person to best support their requirements.

We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

Lifestyle

Middleton Fells is set in a rural location which suits the people being supported who benefit from a quieter environment, whilst being able to access community facilities by car.

People supported are neighbours, providing plenty of opportunities for socialising if they wish to do so. Communal areas and a gazebo in the landscaped garden offer a space for people supported and team members to gather, particularly in the summer months. The garden area has been sectioned or some people we support who have their own garden facilities such as a large climbing frame and slide or swing.

Weekly activities include trips to the swimming pool, walks, lunches in town, and special on-site events and holiday festivities for added enjoyment. We work in partnership with family members and support regular visits and contact from family members.
