Lifestyle

Individuals are supported to choose and take part in activities that develop social, communication and life skills. These range from support in daily life skills such as shopping and cooking through to further education, voluntary and paid work placements, and social and leisure activities.

Leisure activities include swimming, disability day centre activities, cinema visits, meals out in the local restaurants and bowling, to name a few. Individuals will also be supported on any day trips and holidays they want to go on.
