What we offer
A safe and supportive place
Four people live in the main, spacious detached house with a single person living in the adjoining annex. This low arousal environment offers inviting communal spaces, and sensory spaces for people to chill out and be mindful. The self-contained annex benefits from it’s own kitchen, living space, bedroom and bathroom.
There is a large, safe and secure garden, and vehicles for easy access to the local community.
Dybdale Crescent is in the heart of Wellingborough, a vibrant market town in Northamptonshire. We have easy access to all community facilities including lots of open spaces, scenic lakes – perfect for exploring nature, physical exercise and relaxation.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.

Lifestyle
At Dybdale Crescent we recognise that people we support will have difficulties with managing their emotions, and experience significant communication, sensory and social difficulties. The supporting team, working alongside our internal PBS and Health & Wellbeing Team, local community health services and the person’s circle of support. Together we create coproduced support, health and risk plans designed to ensure a clear focus on the person’s quality of life.
With emphasis on the SPELL Principles, the team focus on minimising restrictive practices and equipping people living here to manage stress and anxiety in safe and positive ways.
Active Support strategies ensure an emphasis on empowerment and maximising independence.
