About this home

Thoughtfully designed homes for independent living

Domiciliary Care Surrey is a domiciliary care and supported living home outreach support service that supports people with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, behaviours that may challenge and emotional needs within their own homes and in specialist-supported living homes and private homes across Surrey. People are supported through a person-centred planning approach, which is tailored towards individual needs and focused on outcomes.

Each person is encouraged to take part in a wide range of activities in order to enrich their lives and increase their independence. Additionally, people are supported to identify and maintain any education placements, volunteering and/or work experience. Skilled team members work with people, healthcare professionals and family members in order to provide the best support.

Lifestyle

Each person supported is encouraged to lead an active life and take part in a variety of activities both within their home and their wider community. These include activities such as trips to the cinema, gardening, swimming, bowling, day centre activities, day trips to the surrounding areas and meals out to name a few. Team members are happy to accommodate any activities that people wish to do.

People are also encouraged to be independent through taking part in voluntary work placements, education and/or paid work, and many people currently are supported in these across the region and homes.
