Lifestyle

At Clareville House, we emphasise promoting independence and maximising abilities in daily living tasks such as cleaning, laundry, personal care, travel training, money management, and cooking.

People supported are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities, including trampolining, swimming, cinema trips, sensory room visits, lunches in the local town, and shopping excursions.

Clareville also hosts various events throughout the year. One highlight is the candyfloss-inspired picnic celebration, held to raise money for the charity YoungMinds. The event features a candyfloss machine, egg and spoon races, sack races, and a cake sale. Everyone also wears ‘candy floss wigs,’ making the day a memorable and successful fundraiser.
