Brighton Community Outreach offers specialised outreach support services in the vibrant Kemptown area of Brighton. Our dedicated team provides tailored support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and/or autism spectrum conditions, both in their own homes and within the wider community.
Additionally, we extend our support to people who identify as transgender or non-binary, as well as those diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

Additionally, our team at Brighton Community Outreach offers dedicated support for people with complex needs who identify as transgender or non-binary. Our comprehensive program and diverse team members are equipped with the necessary resources and expertise to prioritise these unique needs.
With specialised training in sensitivity, trauma, transition processes, safeguarding, and more, our team fosters strong and fulfilling relationships with each person we support.
