About this support setting

Thoughtfully designed for independent living

Irchester is a residential home supporting adults with autism spectrum conditions and behaviours that may challenge. We take a person-centred approach, tailoring support to individual needs and focusing on positive outcomes. Our dedicated team works closely with people supported, families, and healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of support.

We empower people to live as independently as possible while engaging in meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life. People living here are supported in finding and maintaining work placements, education, or volunteering opportunities, as well as building connections within the wider community.
