We are thrilled to share that Achieve together’s Holly Dullaway from Inglewood House has won the Support Worker Newcomer Award at the British Care Awards for the South East Region. The special gala event was hosted on the 23rd July 2021 at the Hilton Hotel in Brighton.
The purpose of the awards is to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work. Holly has demonstrated a strong passion and commitment in her role. She regularly goes above and beyond to provide the very best person-centred support and is an asset to the sector.
Prior to the award ceremony Holly said, “I’m really shocked and surprised, and really pleased that I have been nominated by someone!“
Sharing her hopes for the future, Holly said “I’m looking forward to things hopefully going back to normal, and being able to support individuals back to a normal way of life after covid. I hope one day to become a registered manager! I’ve been with Achieve together for nearly two years, and they are always encouraging staff to learn new skills.” Holly will go forward to the National finals of the Great British Care Awards which will take place on September 25th in Birmingham.
In addition to Support Worker Newcomer Award, Inglewood House was shortlisted for the Team Award. Achieve together are incredibly proud of Holly and the whole team at Inglewood House.
