Congratulations to Jonny Short, Head of Area Operations, who was awarded our March Manager of the Month award for always going above and beyond to support his teams through good times and bad.
Jonny was nominated by a Registered Manager in his area, for going above and beyond supporting his managers, arranging regular check-ins to offer guidance and advice, visiting homes and forging relationships with team members and people we support alike.
Embodying ‘service with a smile’, Jonny ensures his team feel truly seen, heard and valued, by recognising hard work, offering development opportunities and acting as a pillar of support during tough times.
In her nomination for Jonny, Jolene Reader states: “I have been with Achieve together for 10 years, but feel that, in the past year, I have been able to step up and do more with Jonny’s guidance and full support. His wealth of knowledge in the care sector shines.”
