Netty was nominated this month for being a fantastic manager at our Support Living Home in Ringwood, Hampshire and Northfields House. There is never a shortage of person-centred activities and engaging events for people supported and their families, while their feedback and opinions are acted on without exception.
External stakeholders have echoed the same admiration for Netty, as reflected in recent home surveys. And the cherry on top? CQC rated Northfields House ‘Good’ in all five areas in their most recent inspection, which happened to be Netty’s very first! Netty and her team confidently showcased the excellence of the home, a sentiment clearly shared by the inspector and reflected in the final report.
