Campaign 4 Change takes centre stage at Co-production Conference Wales 2025

We’re proud to sponsor this year’s Co-production Conference in Wales, where Campaign 4 Change will exhibit their ground-breaking advocacy, with support from Achieve together’s Unity group for inclusive co-production.

Achieve together is proud to be sponsoring the National Co-production Conference 2025 in Wales — a landmark event taking place on 21 May at the University of South Wales, Treforest. With a focus on the theme “The Power of People”, the conference explores how co-production is shaping public services, partnerships, and inclusive futures across Wales and beyond.

As a proud supporter of citizen-led change, we’re thrilled that Campaign 4 Change, our national advocacy and self-advocacy group led by people with lived experience, will be running a dedicated stand at the event. Members of the group will be on hand to share their work, build new connections, and promote the powerful role of self-advocates in co-designing the future.

Campaign 4 Change is driven by individuals supported by Achieve together, who are passionate about making services better by being directly involved in the decisions that affect their lives. From challenging assumptions to influencing national policy, the group champions voice, choice and control.

The conference also resonates strongly with the mission of our Unity group — a peer-led forum of people with lived experience who are working to build a more inclusive and equitable culture across Achieve together. Unity’s work reflects the conference’s focus on meaningful involvement and equitable partnerships, rooted in respect and real-world outcomes.

With keynote speakers including Derek Walker, Dr Karen Salt and Professor Martin Kitchener, and workshops spanning psychological safety, participatory decision-making and engagement with underserved communities, this event promises to be a day of learning, challenge and inspiration.
