People supported, family members as well as team members in both support and community hub roles are all welcome and encouraged to attend and participate in activities on the day.  It is a fun packed day offering a great reason to get out from behind your desks and everyday activities and come together for this special annual occasion to meet each other, have a bit of fun and support people to show off their athletic skills.

What to bring

Please make sure to bring your own sunscreen and dress casually for taking part in sports, with appropriate footwear; e.g. trainers. There will be changing rooms available.

We strongly advise you to bring your own packed lunch and refreshments so we can all enjoy a picnic together. There is a small cafe onsite, but it gets very busy.
