Achieve together moves into new Leatherhead office 

The move marks an exciting milestone for Achieve together as we continue to grow and strengthen the specialist support we provide to more than 2,300 autistic people, people with learning disabilities and those with complex needs across England and Wales. 

Achieve together has signed a 10-year lease at Fairmount House, creating a permanent home for more than 200 Community Hub team members. The new office brings together central functions including HR & People, Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT & Systems, Marketing & Communications, and Care & Quality, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively in support of our homes and services across the country. 

The move follows a period in temporary office accommodation and provides team members with a modern, flexible workspace designed to encourage collaboration, innovation and professional development. 

One of the standout features of the new office is a dedicated training room, which will support Achieve together’s Learning & Development team in delivering high-quality training programmes for team members from across the organisation. The space has been designed to support both in-person learning and collaboration, helping team members build the skills and knowledge needed to continue delivering outstanding support.

The new headquarters has been shaped by the people who know Achieve together best. Team members and people we support took part in a naming competition, with the final selections chosen by Unity, our quality and engagement co-production group. 

The office’s four meeting rooms have been named Belong, Grow, Inspire and Discover, reflecting our values, culture and commitment to creating opportunities for everyone to thrive.

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary and continue to grow, this new home reflects our commitment to attracting, developing and retaining talented people who are passionate about making a difference.” 

To celebrate the move, we welcomed team members and guests to an official opening event on 23 July, showcasing the new workspace and recognising the local businesses that helped bring the project to life. 

We’re proud to have worked with a number of organisations from the local area, including Lavender Catering, Gidden Place and Kall Kwik Leatherhead, whose creativity and expertise helped create a vibrant, welcoming and inclusive environment. 

The move comes during a landmark year for Achieve together as we celebrate our 30th anniversary and continue to invest in our people, services and communities.
