Achieve together is delighted to be a finalist in two categories in this years’ Health Investor Awards. We are being recognised for Complex Care Provider of the Year – Large Group and Complex Care Provider of the Year – Homecare or Supported Living.
Achieve together is a finalist in two categories in the prestigious HealthInvestor Awards 2026. The HealthInvestor Awards celebrate the very best in health and social care, across categories including Healthcare, Social Care, Advisory & Finance, Investment, Property and more. Achieve together submitted entries in two categories, Complex Care Provider of the Year – Large Group and Complex Care Provider of the Year – Homecare or Supported Living, recognising excellence in specialist care or complex care provision among providers.

In our award submissions, Achieve Together showcased the breadth and depth of our specialist support, from forensic mental health services and our ‘Good Lives’ model, to approaches for people living with complex epilepsy and those with profound and multiple learning disabilities. We also highlighted how creating positive, person-centred supported living environments can be truly life-changing, fundamental to our ethos: ‘ordinary lives, extraordinary people.’
