- Samir El-Ziftawy (The People’s Award – Posthumous): Samir’s fearless advocacy and influence continue to shape national change, leaving a lasting legacy.
- Theophylus Ajayi (The People’s Award): A gifted artist and advocate, Theo inspires through his music, community volunteering, and creative spirit.
- 290 Dyke Road (PMLD Award): This home provides exceptional, innovative care for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, ensuring each person’s voice is heard.
- Stephen Adamson (Sporting Chance Award): Stephen leads by example, using his coaching skills to inspire wellbeing, confidence, and social connections through sport.
- The Old Vicarage (The Great Autism Practice Award): Renowned for outstanding, person-centred autism support, the Old Vicarage team transforms lives with trust and compassion.
- Campaign 4 Change (The People’s Award, Team): This award-winning advocacy group champions inclusion, challenges stigma, and co-produces impactful resources and events.
