Our vision

Our vision is simple: to provide the best specialist support - so that everyone can live a happy, healthy and meaningful lives.

Everything we do is built on this foundation. Whether we’re growing through development or acquisition, our goal is to meet the needs of local people, while meeting the needs of local commissioners.

Co-production and advocacy

We believe in doing things with people supported, not for them.

Through our Unity and Campaign 4 Change groups, people we support  participate in board meetings, meet regularly with the senior leadership team, contributing to our governance and work in partnership to make decisions – inside and outside the organisation.

Co-production is embedded in how we work. Unity Representatives attend board meetings, contributing to our governance and work in partnership as specialists to guide and make changes across the organisation.

Our future plans

Our plans for the future are rooted in the same belief we started with: That people we support should always be at the heart of what we do.

We’re focused on:

Simplifying systems, embracing digital tools and removing duplication.

Freeing up home managers to focus on quality of life.

Supporting team members on their Career Adventures.

Continued Co-production to ensure all aspects of Achieve together are developed alongside people we support.

Safety first approach – continuing to deliver safe, high-quality support that truly makes a difference.

Family Charter – our commitment to working in partnership with families to support their loved ones.

Supporting the future of adult social care through engagement in political lobbying, research projects and wide collaboration with decision-makers across England and Wales.

Listening to and responding to local need, guided by local commissioners, offering support focused on clear measurable outcomes.

We’re also continuing to grow – reaching more people with person-centred support through both development and strategic acquisitions.
