Co-production isn’t an initiative, it’s our culture
At Achieve together, people we support co-produce their own support plans in partnership with their circle of support. Our approach to Co-production in Action encourages teams to ask, #IsThisCoproduction? - placing collaboration at the heart of every decision, from daily support to the design of homes and services. We aim to empower people to be as involved as they wish, working closely with those who know them best.
At an organisational level, Unity - our representative co-production group - plays a key role in shaping the direction of Achieve together. As paid contributors, Unity members influence our policies, strategies, and values. We’re guided by the Ladder of Co-production, a model that underpins how we co-design, co-deliver, and co-evaluate the work we do together.
