More about our approach to quality and safeguardingAbout this support setting
Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Domiciliary Care Agency East provides support in people’s own homes and through a range of supported living homes in Spalding, Huntingdon, Wisbech, Bury St Edmunds and Haverhill.
We support adults with learning difficulties, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and other health care needs as required. Each person supported is assigned a key worker who will proactively enable and empower the development of life-long skills promoting choice, confidence and independence wherever possible.
The team encourages family members and wider circles of support to play a key role in support, and we ensure that they are as involved to the degree that the person being supported requires and or wishes.
We are able to offer direct support accessing independent accommodation by supporting people to:
- Source appropriate accommodation
- Maximising benefits to secure accommodation
- Liaise with registered social/private landlords
- Complete tenancy sign-up
