Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Domiciliary Care Agency Dorset provides specialist care and support services to adults and young people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities and associated health-related conditions to live a full and active life in their own homes across Dorset and into Hampshire.
We have a range of supported living homes that support people to co-produce their own person-centred support plans. We believe it is important that every person owns their care and support plan and that these are tailored to ensure inclusion and understanding. We aim to focus on positive outcomes, and all plans focus on the person their goals, wishes, dreams and aspirations.

Lifestyle
We will work in partnership with each person supported, their wider circles of support and others to provide care and support that enables each person to make choices and decisions to achieve their ambitions and live their lives as independently as possible.
Team members get to know each person so that all activities are planned and tailored to meet people’s needs and ambitions, taking into consideration their likes and dislikes. Additionally, teams aim to encourage and support individuals to become independent through obtaining work experience, education and/or paid work.
