Celebrating a quarter of achievement across Achieve together 

We were delighted to receive recognition across multiple prestigious industry awards.

Stephen Adamson, who works with our peer advocacy group Campaign 4 Change, won the ‘Sporting Chance’ award at the 2026 National Learning Disabilities & Autism Awards.

In addition, our teams were recognised as finalists across several leading industry awards, including the Brighton & Hove Care Awards, Nursing Times Awards and Wakefield Council’s Marie Gibb Award.

Quality remains at the heart of everything we do, and this quarter saw excellent regulatory outcomes across our homes.

Several homes achieved ‘Good’ CQC ratings, including our Supported Living home in Harrow, and residential homes Durlston House in Wiltshire and Cornerleigh in Hampshire.

In Wales, our Domiciliary Support Service (West Glamorgan), Supported Living homes (Hirwuan), Ty Golff (Flintshire), Supported Living (Pontardawe), Supported Living (Swansea) and Glencourt (Caerphilly) all received positive Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) outcomes.

Our focus on safety and continuous improvement delivered measurable results during the quarter.

Highlights included a 42% reduction in RIDDOR incidents and a 271% increase in near miss reporting, demonstrating stronger safety awareness and reporting culture across the organisation.

We also conducted the Your Voice Matters team member survey, which saw its strongest results yet, with improvements in 12 of 19 key areas and an increased engagement and organisation confidence score.

In addition, we held manager conferences across the country, exploring the Achieve together standard and what Good to Grow means for everyone.

We continue to ensure that co-production is at the heart of everything we do within the organisation.

During co-production week, we celebrated with a calendar of sessions hosted by Unity and Campaign 4 Change.

The Unity board members were selected and announced. They work together to ensure the voices of people we support are heard, valued and reflected in the decisions we make. By working with our teams, Unity board members help shape positive change, champion inclusion and strengthen co-production across the organisation.

During this quarter, we also launched the nominations for our annual awards ceremony for people we support and team members, the Heroes awards. We look forward to celebrating the finalists and winners in the next quarter.

Our people remain our greatest strength.

During the quarter, we celebrated Pride Month with team member spotlights and a session with Matthew Page on intersectionality and Pride.

Carers Week was celebrated by rewarding five randomly selected team members with £100 each.

Chief Operating Officer, Sam Collier, spoke about the value of a career in social care on the My Duvet Flip careers podcast.

We were also pleased to welcome Katie Sheldon as our Senior Commercial Director and part of the Executive Team.

This has been an exciting quarter in terms of growth for the organisation. We held the grand opening of our new head office in Leatherhead, Surrey. The new office brings together central functions, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively in support of our homes and services across the country.

Alongside this, we opened The Third Space, our hydrotherapy pool and activity space in Brighton, to community bookings. Our new development, a supported living home in Crumpsall, was also opened.

In addition, we launched the Achieve together Facebook and Instagram pages.
