Our achievement is testament to the hard work and outstanding achievements of over 300 workplace-based apprentices throughout the organisation, as well as the team who organise and deliver our Career Adventures programme.
The award winners were announced earlier today at an online event and you can watch a short video clip of our section of the event below. It features Learning & Development Manager Dawn Buchanan-Hole and the Paragon Team member who nominated us.
Paragon is one of our main apprenticeships training providers. The awards, sponsored by Care England, recognise and reward the achievements of exceptional apprentices and apprenticeship employers. They highlight and celebrate the commitment, hard work and achievements of both.
Head of Learning & Development, Gary Cloke, said: “This is a great recognition of all the learners that have enrolled and completed apprenticeships here. We look forward to working with many more in the months and years to come.”
